I said that from the get go. Seems kinda funny to me that of all the holes drilled, nothing like this has ever happened and boom, two weeks after whats his name said he was going to allow limited expansion of off shore drilling this happens. And of course he then said the last few days that there would be no more drilling now. China can drill in Cuba's waters just off the Keys but we can't.
