1959 would be about right, maybe earlier. The General was the dump body version and the Bullet was the standard version. My dad sold them back in the day. I worked at one golf course that had both. They used surplus W.W.II Ford engines and will do about 40 MPH! Another golf course I worked at had a Bullet but it wasn't used anymore. This Bullet was special in that it was the last one built and my dad sold it new in 1959. Strangely enough my dad also sold the same golf course the last Parkmaster ever built in the early nineties. A new superintendent traded it in a year or 2 later on 2 5 gang fairway units. I don't think parts are available but Toro should be able to tell you the year. The golf course I worked at with both apparently bought the last engine kit available for them. Dave
