Thanks too everybody that helped me.
It was an Old farmall "A", He called it a pony as in an old work mule.
He found a 1951 Super "C" just like the one he use to use as a kid.
He says he "has" to have that tractor because of the horrible memories........
So I guess we go pic it up tomorrow. I told him about this site and I am sure he will be here to pick a few brains.
this is his first Tractor restore, my Uncle is a GREAT Cockshutt restorer. My husband says he will be posting the Old Cockshutts on here.
My Uncle has one of the rarest Cockshutts ever.
Don't ask me what it is, I just know he wins "best of show" ALL the time.
My Hubby uses the nick Hammer. and has already fallen in love with the photo gallery here.
