Is it worth Salvaging

I was in a metal scrap yard today and found a 1947 case tractor in what appears to be rough condition, its missing a back wheel and the engine has been taken apart, but complete. There is alot of surface rust. I was told $250.00, and I could have it. I do not know anything about tractors, but If there is anyone out there that could use it, e-mail me
