I've got a 2005 Jianshe Puma 250. It's china made but the books and parts diagrams are a 2003 Yamaha beartracker. That being said, I'd say yamaha. Or, if you're not one of those folks that think you can save the world by not buying chinese, a new jianshe is real affordable. Mine is a 2wd and does everything I want it to do (hooked it up to a double horse trailer and it pulled it like a champ but I wouldn't do it often) but a 400cc w/ 4wd would be nice.
