With the amount of jobs moving, it is safe to assume that some people move with that job. In most states, you have 60 days to update your info at the BMV. Those who fail would receive a second citation. The BMV sends suspension notices to the address on the license. So for that reason, you would have no excuse not to receive said notice if sent for some reason. Some people also provide a false address to avoid being located for warrants.
