Is there anything unusual about that pump that it can't be replaced with a different brand pump? Most of those pumps are pretty generic in their mounting. You posted that it was the hydraulic pump, just wanted to make sure that it isn't one of the hydrostatic pumps.
Those skid loaders were made for IH, not by IH. Massey Ferguson sold the same unit with different paint.
