Ive purchased a few items from this sites sponsors. My satisfaction rate is no greater than all of my Internet purchases. My number one complaint is late delivery, caused from lack of inventory and or evasive communication for reasons for the delay. My number 2 complaint is the shipping and handling price gouging that is almost universal for the Internet retail industry. I would like to make more purchases over the net but it is hard to justify a only 67% satisfaction rate of transactions. A traditional business wouldnt survive at less than 99% rate. I believe the many .com retail failures during the past year are due to what Ive just discussed. As I stated tractor related sponsors are no better or worse than the whole. I feel Internet retail business need to shape up, its just basic, delight the customer. Any thoughts?
