Our nearest Case Dealership went from being the best of service, (for example they would fly oil out to the farmers who called in that same day that needed the oil) to no service at all after they sell you something. To some farmers, including us, they are not very willing to sell us equipment and really don't care. Lots of other farmers in our area would agree with us. However, the John Deere dealerships would send out updates for our equipment at no charge. One time we blew a hydralic cylinder on our plow. The JD store was 2 hours away but we called them and two hours later they arrived at our farm and installed it. Later we found out that they took it off of one of their plows they had on the lot for display because they didn't have one in the parts department. To make a long story short, we now run John Deere Equipment because of our local dealer's service.
