Dug - The "continental" and "red seal" says the grille is from a Continental Red Seal power unit. Continental never built complete tractors, but their motors powered many Massey, Cockshutt, Oliver and A-C tractors - and probably others. Also Red Seal power units were found in all sorts of equipment - compressors, generators, pumps, construction machinery, etc. Might be someone retrofitted a Red Seal power unit radiator and grille (or perhaps a complete power unit) onto an existing tractor?
