I appreciate your concern but first check with local DNR. Be sure you do this as most states pass laws that general public is unaware of until busted for violation. Should be able to get a predation permit or nusiance permit. Here in FL biologists must first come to inspect damage and estimate crop damage so be prepared for that if need be. Secondly as Dave from MN mentions if enough property consider leasing hunting rights or provide access to DNR for youth hunts. If small parcel consider some bow hunting (PS - just got me a new Martin bow this yr.) I am volunteer Hunter Safety in FL and helping drive the YHEC and YHPF efforts. I hunt FL, GA, TX and this yr. KY. As a hunter and conservationist I really hate to see venison wasted so consider (rules permitting) donation to Boys Home, Elderly Home etc. See WWW.MYFWC.COM for more information as alternatives for continued population control via YHPF type programs.
