I had a Ford 3910 with a loader and my Uncle still has one without a loader and believe it is 39 HP. It is a great tractor and had no problems with it. Not sure if you are looking for a used one but that is what I got and should be able to find something similar between $8,000 and $11,000. It really had the power and I used it for what you are talking about. Another sugesstion is I traded it for my John Deere 870 4x4 with a loader and is much better, smaller, and more compact and has a 6 foot belly mower you can put under it and cuts grass really great and is 29 HP and will do the exact same as the 3910 as far as pulling, scraping and bushogging, and a lot better, but way higher in price but is worth it to me. A loader sure is handy more than you would ever think but add about $3,000 extra! Hope this helps, prices here in SC could be higher or cheaper than where you are. Steve
