If the hole is in the outer row, it may be relatively easy to solder. My lawnmower once threw a stone at the radiator in my P.U. truck. I gently pushed the fins away from the tube, carefully scraped the area clean with my jackknife, applied some flux and soldered it "on the spot" using my trusty ol' Bernz-O-Matic. Never leaked again.
