when i got the tractor home i found that the previous owner had the 3 point hitch locked out in the up position with some metal rods that ran between the rock shaft arms and the draw bar support why i dont know when i removed the braces the rock shaft lowered so i started the tractor and after working the lever a couple of times the 3 point raised now it wont go down even with some pretty good down pressure i am thinking that there must be something wrong inside the rock shaft housing
