coast toasties musta been smokin seaweed again...they useta mess with everybody in West Bay and San Luis Pass...i was captain on a crew boat back in the mid 70's and came by Fort Point a lil hot one nite...guess i musta spilled the skippers coffee cause they pulled me over and boarded...they had no sense of humor when they asked to see my license and i handed em my Tejas drivers license...no passengers on board except my crew or my butt woulda been in trouble lol
