Thanks for the input - guess I should have given more details though. Just selling the "home place" and keeping the farm ground. 50 miles doesn't seem like a lot BUT I have enough problems keeping up at home. We built 10 years ago less than 1/2 mile away and thought about keeping the old house for rental property. Didn't and haven't missed it a bit!
