I know of a place on I79 where the truck stop fills up by suppertime, then the road out front gets lined up on on both shoulders. Then all 4 ramps fill up. But things are kept pretty clean there, things don't get thrown out often, and the police tend to ignore everyone parked in front of the no parking signs. What bothers me about it is guys parking in front of the fire hydrant. If I'm the first on the road I'll park where the hydrant isn't blocked.
The urine bottles really bother me. How difficult can it be to pull over to take a leak? And if you're running that far behind, you should be rescheduling your delivery, or figuring out how to leave a little earlier.
