Wildest thing like that I have seen where some one died was a few years ago one county south of me. A guy was loading a tractor on a gooseneck facing down hill, with the parking break set but the wheels not blocked. When he got the back tires of the tractor on the ramps the back tires of the F250 came off the ground and truck, trailer, tractor, and driver all went down the hill and into a yard running over the swing a woman was setting. Wild things happen and I don't think any one was charged in that death, but I could be wrong.
