Hey folks, all"s well in northern MN.
Found the above tractor and it"s exactly what I"ve been looking for. Ampli-torque works, good tires, Oliver loader with bale spear, runs good, but it runs on L.P. (original)
I haven"t heard it run or driven it, but the dealer wants $3950. Oh, it has 2400 hours. My biggest concern is the L.P. Is it worth having to buy a tank and hoses and what-not? Can you even still get set up for filling tractors? I heat my house with fuel oil, so I don"t already have a tank.
I know it"ll be worth more as a collector someday, but right now I"m thinking it"s a good buy because no one wants an L.P. tractor.
