I met a man from St Lawrence County NY who says he runs a 7' haybine with his H in 3rd gear, and I've seen messages from people on here who run a 9' with an H. I'll be trying it this year and I'm curious to see how it will work. It may depend on how fast you want to go. I've seen in mentioned that the belly pump doesn't have enough power to lift a haybine if you have the kind where the cylinder lifts the whole machine rather than just the head. Zach
