anybody run the keeton seed firmers? working on my neighbords jd 7000 planter, put the chain idler conversions kits on today, too wet yet to drop er in the ground and see how it does, but thinking the firmers may help if the closing wheels have trouble in the trash. no tilling beans in high corn stubble. can you pull the seed tubes to install them or do you need to take a closing wheel off to install them? any thoughts on the row leveling chains? they run about 27 dollars a row, would run about 530.00 to do the 19 row planter.
