I looked at a camshaft from a TO20 Z120 and yes there is a hole in the rear journal. Hole is about 1/8 in. dia. and is off center. I assume you have the rocker arm shaft oil hole lined up with the oil hole in the pedestal.
You could post on the Harry Ferguson board also.
