Google Fiat tractor specifications and go to the first site (pudding something or other)- scroll down, and the 411R is listed, with complete specs.
I was going to say, generally, the small utility tractors usually have about 5 gpm pumps, and so loader run off tractor hydraulics will be slow. After looking at specs for the 411R, it won't be slow, it'll be glacial- 3.7 gpm pump, about enough to run the power steering or the 3 point, but not both at once.
Loaders work best at 10-15 gpm. You need to get into the 50-60 HP size tractors to get that much from the tractor pump, usually.
