I tried one for about a month a few years ago. Never could get to sleep with the mask on over my nose and mouth. I slept better without it. I have to roll over all the time. Thought about a nose mask but I have chronic rhinitis. My nose is plugged about all the time and probably from something I'm alergic to. Dr. give me a new nose spray a month ago that seems to help. I went cold turkey on cheese and milk products to see if that was a cause. Not much difference in 2 weeks so far. My worst problem is restless leg syndrome. Every few days it gets worse. Kick around and can't lay still. Used aspirin for years but now it bothers my stomach and colon and gives me the runs. Tried the other over the counter stuff and nothing worked like aspirin. Tried some prescription a few years ago, Requip and it didn't help. I can't sleep, I can't breathe, and I can't lay still. No hope. My blood pressure is ok.
