i tried both masks and use the full face mask.it yook me over a year to get used to it.lots of ranting raveing and rageing,rip it off in the night and throw it. the noise of it and a oxygenconcenetrator were very hard to get used to. now i wear the mask real loose so will leak a little and i get along pretty well with it
