To qualify for agr. property tax exemption in NY you have to be able to prove $10000 gross per year.(Doesn't eliminate property taxes, but sets maximum assessed values for property by state law in agr. districts- other areas qualify but individuals need to apply for exemptions) Silos and bins are tax exempt. Most everything you buy for the farm is sales tax exempt, simply by signing a form. There is no "number".
