You're only 24! Let things sort themselfs out before you do anything else. If they don't, you'll be glad you didn't marry her. Maybe not right away but ask anyone who's been in a relationship too long that didn't work out. If you have enough problems that she needed to get away for a few days(for what ever reason)it's not the time to be proposing or giving her a ring. That won't solve anything but could very likely make things worse. A lot of people are happy together but it goes south when they get married. You've got lots of time.
