Eldo is right. the best thing to do is manually check the pressure. On an 06, the oil sending unit is not going to be hard wires to the cluster, it will be an input to the ecm and then sent to the cluster. Also chances are if your not hearing any kind of engine noise, then you probably do not have a low oil pressure problem.
