Woke up the 1855 from it's winter slumber of about 3 1/2 months today and got to do some plowing. Did about 5 acres today, and when Dad's done covering the rest with manure tomorrow I'll plow it under on Sunday.
Surprisingly dry out there, kinda makes a guy wonder when the heavens will open and flood everything out?
If the weather keeps up, we might just be able to plant oats in a week or 2. Gonna put the duals on the 18 as soon as the plow is off I think.
