This is what I do with success. Firstly you must have the photo stored in " My Documents" on "Add a reply" or" post a message" scroll down to "Advanced posting tools" in a rectangle. click "upload photo" box appears. click "browse" your photos will appear, click selected photo then click "open"
The space before "Browse " should now have location of photo. click upload.If you have Dial-up, now is the time to make a cuppa, Photo thumbnail will appear. click continue. click "Preview your reply" Full photo should now appear. write your message.
You will fail if you don't click "OPEN" Hopefully I have not left anything out.
