I don't know if this falls into the antique category but it is still the same. In 1979 Dad traded for a 1977 (almost new) White 2-135. Up until that time we had all Olivers. The 2 "big" tractors were 1950-T's with Hiniker cabs. He traded in the one he bought used and was keeping the one he bought new in 1969 (year I was born) but the dealer took the wrong one when they delivered the White. Had to bring it back and get the other one. This was both an exciting and confusing time for me. Exciting in that we had this nearly new tractor with a factory cab and bigger than anything we had ever had. It was confusing with all the changes taking place with Oliver and White and the changing paint and all. We had that tractor until 1996 when it was traded for a White 170 Workhorse with 4WD.
