I do my taxes on Jan 2nd (or as soon as I can download my W2's) and takes about 10 minutes. I don't get to claim all the goodies some of you do, just the standard deduction. Can't claim my wife and she can't claim me because she pays tax to Germany and I pay USA and State Tax. She gets it worse than I do because she has to reflect my income (not taxed on it, just that it puts her in a different bracket and cuts out some goodies other folks get).
Cut income tax altogether and put a 40% sales tax on everything........
