A part time cashier in a grocery store just won 20.6 million dollars in the lotto 6-49. Normally she can't afford to buy lottery tickets but bought 2 of them. She had $80 to her name, was making $12.30/hr and said she doesn't have a car and would like one. The news then explained that her ex husband left her in financial ruin 2 years ago.
