think you need to read again i did not like either one...and by the way your boy and i repeat boy did not win neither he was appointed ..you will see what happens in a short time ...i live in texas and now there is no money to fund things so what happens you will see lol...he gave raises to teachers with surplus funds what happens the next year no surplus funds so the local school districts take up slack..so who pays?????? figure it out you don't have a surplus if you are in the red..will the bank allow you to write checks with no funds there?????
