Anything to do with government probably is up hill, but we can only hope all the paper work will create jobs, and those paper shuffle dudes will pay taxes? Thats the only thing positive perhaps.
They will probably have to hire security to guard the crops also, as well as the machinery you mentioned.
Why not put it all in to set aside acres farms, and collect the checks?
