A friend of mines brother heated a 44x60 shop this
winter with a corn burner that was made for inside
a house,( undersized for the shop) he used 3- 5 gallon pails of corn per day and was able to mantain about 45 degrees. He used two tractors every day so the door was open a lot, he said it was cheaper to heat with corn then it was to plug the tractors in and it was comfortable to work in.I am looking at one for my house.
