This is from a few years ago, but I just found it on Youtube. I made my wife and kids watch it. Asked them what the guy did wrong to start the accident. My son said, "He didn't shut it off before working on it." Then he said,"Kind of like you did when we were setting that hay feeder down." HMMMMM. It is so EASY to short-circuit safety when you are in a hurry or complacent.
