Quad has been setting outside and not started since October. Got out the toolbox, either, fresh gas, and my rountuit today. Dead battery, so the rope was the choice. Pulled the choke out and pulled the rope one time just for S&G before taking things apart. Started right up and has been running since charging the battery. Packed all my stuff with a smile, grabbed a beer, and sat in the sun watching it run awhile........ Never started that easy with original plugs (new NGK) and I put that autolite in last summer.
Wanna know what kinda sparkplugs I like????

Up until the last 6 mo. I would have jumped on the wagon and cheered with ya,,,, been a Autoilite fan for 35 years,,, only ran into 3 defective plugs in that time and I have installed a bunch of'em,,, its not uncommon now to find a defect right out of the box before you install'em,,, thanks China,,, they are not my preferred plug any more  ,,, I think they are now made on the same assy. line as Bosch plugs,,, now I cross my fingers and hope for the best,,, if a vehicle comes back later with a intermittent miss complaint I sling another set in it and like magic the miss is gone,,, no need to spend time look'n for the miss,,, replace the junkie arse autolites,,, complain to my supplier, he tells me I am not by myself he is hearing it from all the shops....
