It also amazes me that it is costing over 15 billion dollars to do it. That works out to over $37/person figuring on a legal population of around 400 million citizens. But probably my figures are wrong since there will probably be at least a hundred million people each, living in Chicago, Boston,San Francisco and Washington DC and about 63 people spread over the rest of the country
