unless it has been repainted with new stickers, it is a later 1050 which will have a '2 stage' clutch. Push it half way down and the tractor will stop moving. Push it all the way down and the PTO will stop.
Make sure it has power steering with the loader setup, near impossible to add power steering and if you do it will cost a bunch.
Depends on the hours if it is a buy. If it is origional paint, under 1000 hours, then it might be worth it.
If it has been repainted or has many more hours, price should be less, maybe $5000 tops
