I have been told I'm crazy,but I think that if you hit a deer you should be able to get a law officer to inspect,and verify it is deer damage and the State should have to pay for the damage. Add enough to the deer hunting licence to create a pool of funds for the damage repair. The state wants to fine for killing their deer out of season,but when they damage your car,they aren't the states deers. Another method would extend the season to 365 days a year,with a 10 deer per day limit. Yes,I hate them,no,I don't eat them.
