if you funded it with a credit card you can use for up to $1000.00 in purchases immediatly after that it has to be verified via a bank account. The bank account then becomes the primary source of funds unless you specify the credit card for each transaction. I believe once the 2 deposits hit your account and you see them the account is then verified.
