Whats it worth ?

Have a 1977 C-120 Automatic Wheel Horse
12 hp kohler motor, 36 in Rear Discharge Mower, Plow, and Tire chains that I would like to sell.

Tractor is in running condition, needs electrical work, battery will not stay charged, mower deck needs bearing work for one of the three blades, plow is in good condition, engine is in good conditon zero leaks, transmission good condition.

What is a fair asking price for the whole set ?
Any help would be appreciated.
