I bought a brand new service manual for WD,WD45, WD45D, from my local AGCO dealer a couple of years ago. I was disappointed that it was clearly a photocopy and not nearly as good as a used one that I later got on Ebay. The photos from a printed version are just so much easier to read than a photocopy. It is possible to scan old manuals and make them come out good, but it takes a lot more time and the resulting files are humungous! That's probably why you won't see them in the aftermarket.
