When the Struck was first advertised in Popular Mechnics in the early 60's I wrote and got information on it, however I didn't have the means to buy one at that time. A couple of years ago I got a video on the current models. They are too big, not to mention kind of expensive. What generation and size is your MD 1600 and is it belt or hydrostatic drive? Did you build it yourself or did you purchase it already bulit? I would love to find an unbuilt or partially built kit of a first generation small belt drive.
