Duchman, where I live NE of Storm Lake, we're starting to see a good amount of black in the fields but north of here a few miles by Spencer the fields are all white yet.
Got the south doors on the Morton shed open this afternoon. Started cleaning snow away from them last December after the first storm, but when the dual hub touched one of them I decided to stay away from them and leave them closed. Didn't use anything to break the Ice, just let mother nature take away what she put there in the first place. Now I have to repair the dual hub damage. UGH! (the door, not the hub LOL)
Hauled in a semi load of crushed limestone Friday. Had to lead the truck back out with a chain but at least now I can haul some beans to help the sagging bank account. Jim
