I've seen these "grey market" tractors with the PTO running backwards, and i've seen them with the PTO geared for other than 540 RPM.
Where will you later get parts? Regular tractor dealers don't support grey market tractors, so you have to depend on grey market tractor parts dealers, and that's a pain!
