I Have a cub cadet 1450 hydro and like it better that the one I had with the 3 speed. A lot easier backing up and going forward. If it does start to pull hard like up a hill or plowing like I do, it will slow down is the only thing I hate but, just push more on the lever. Also, you can go as slow or as fast as you want to and no clutch to wear out.
