Husband's tractor again

Hi again. Another question, if we might...
This is regarding the sway arms of the 3-point. Where they connect at the rear end there is seepage. Could a person use JB Weld to seal around those connecting areas? It seems that there is supposed to be movement in those joints but he does not feel there should be anything leaking out of them. He thinks the seepage is hydraulic fluid from the rear end and feels that as the arms swing back and forth, they hit against part of the tractor and might be causing this. ???? Thanks, Cheryl
