Dist. mountrd on front of the block off set to the right could be 9N, 2N, or 8N...late 8N"s had id side mounted sticking out right side of block easy access. 3 sp tranny and brakes on both sides of tranny housing its either 9N or 2N if thats what it is it"s a tad more complicated to figure which with no serial number. 4sp tranny, both brakes on right orf tranny it"s an 8N
